Arago of the 3rd Congressional District of Laguna in presenting a check for Php 1,000,000 to President Dr. Nestor M. de Vera and Campus Director Dr. Ruperto C. Espinuela to finance the construction of a 4-classroom building at the San Pablo City Campus of the Laguna State Polytechnic University in anticipation of the expected increase in student population this coming School Year 2012-2013.
