The official clock that have a direct link with the Rubidium Atomic Clock and Global Positioning System of the PAGASA originally installed at the atrium of One Stop Processing Center in San Pablo City last December 12, 2011 by the Science and Technology Information Institute of the Department of Science and Technology, that according to a Senior Science Researcher of the said agency, “San Pablo City is the first local government unit in the Philippines to adopt the Juan Time Project of the DOST,” was transferred at the City Plaza infront of the monument of Dr. Jose P. Rizal was re-inaugurated by City Administrator Loreto S. Amante, in the presence of the members of the local mass media last Tuesday afternoon, February 14, 2012 to serve as the official reference for the Philippine Standard Time in the City of San Pablo.
