Paulino Street, starting at 8:00 o’clock in the morning. Allhigh school units in the city are invited to send their representative. Theprogram is deseigned for the youth to enhance exemplary adherence towards English proficiency, to help achieve the dreams of many to be globally competitive as workers in communication industry, as well as in cultural inter-actions. JudgeBautista pointed out that every sector of the community must work hand in hand and in sharing the responsibilityin helping the youth in their quest for excellence in the field of communication arts. The schools will also be honored and recognized for the important role they are playingin uplifting thestudents’ English Proficiency Level.
