MASINOP NA PAGHAHANDA,
SUSI NG TAGUMPAY NG MGA GAWAIN – REP. IVY ARAGO


     Sa bawat pagkakataong ang Tanggapan ni Congw. Ma.  Evita R. Arago ay may ipatutupad na proyekto o palatuntunan, mahigpit ang tagubilin ng mambabatas sa kanyang mga kawaksing tauhan na ito ay dapat na maayos na inihahanda at pinagsisikapang masunod ang modelong Project Evaluation and Review Technic/Critical Path Method (PERT/CPM) upang ang implementasyon ng palatuntunan ay maayos na mamonitor at magtagumpay.   

    Naniniwala si Congw. Ivy Arago na  ang pulido at mahabang preparasyon ay mahusay na pamantayan upang makatiyak na ang mga nasabing programa ay makararating sa higit na nakararaming nangangailangan sa distrito, kaya ang pagsunod dito ay mahigpit niyang itinatagubilin.

    Bunga nito ay ang laging pagiging mainit na pagtanggap at partisipasyon ng mga constituents upang maayos na masubaybayan at mapangalagaan ang proyekto..
    Nabatid pang ang sistematikong mga pamamaraang ipinasusunod ng kongresista tulad ng maayos at detalyadong pagtupad sa gampanin ay malaki ang naiaambag sa tagumpay ng mga programa sabihin mang ito’y dagsain ng mga tao.

    Dahil rin sa paghahanda ay kadalasang sabayang itinataguyod ni Arago ang medical and dental mission sa dalawa o tatlong lugar sa isang araw, napaglilingkuran ang maraming aplikante sa mga jobs fair at nakakapanayam sa mga peoples day.

   Kamakailan lang ay magkasunod na naipatupad ang mobile passporting service,  at ang Buntis Congress na itinaguyod ng kongresista. Ngayon ay inihahanda na ang mass wedding project na gaganapin sa Hunyo 30, 2011 sa pakikipagtulungan sa Alpha Omega Cursillo Team. .(Seven Lakes Press Crops)

DOÑA LEONILA (MINI-FOREST) PARK

What is now known as Doña Leonila (Mini-Forest) Park overlooking the Sampaloc Lake is actually a portion of the site for the City Hall Complex purchased in 1937 by the Municipal Government of San Pablo headed by President Inocencio Barleta, which was partly developed after the termination of World War II under the administration of appointed City Mayor, Dr. Fernando A. Bautista. During the incumbency of elected Mayor Lauro D. Dizon Sr., with the help of the Rotary Club of San Pablo, and under the supervision of Dr. Juan B. Hernandez, then club secretary of the local Rotary Club and Chairman of the City Beautification Committee, constructed some park structures at the park, with the fountain featuring the country lass with agriculture harvest as centerpiece.
