BUWIS SA MEJORAS, BAYARAN BAGO MARSO 30


     SAN PABLO CITY - Nagpapaalaala si City Administrator Loreto S. Amante  sa lahat ng mga propetaryo at mga tagapangasiwa ng mga pag-aaring hindi natitinag o real estate property owners and administrators sa lunsod na ito na sikaping mabayaran ang dapat nilang bayarang buwis sa mejoras o real estate taxes sa o bago sumapit ang Marso 30, 2012 upang sila ay magtamo ng diskuwentong 10 porsyento.
     Ang kaluwagang ito ay ipinahihintulot sa Section 251 ng Local Government Code of 1991 o Republic Act No. 7160. 

     Ayon kay Amben Amante,  kung ang isang lote ay may bayaring buwis na P2,000, na kasama na ang para sa Special Education Fund (SEF), ang babayaran lamang ay P1,800 o may diskwentong P200. Kung hindi naman mababayaran ang bayaring buwis na P2,000 hanggang sa Marso 30, 2012, ito ay lalapatan ng multang 2% kada lalakarang buwan, kaya kung magbabayad sa Abril 16, 2012, ito ay lalapatan na ng multang 8% ng bayaring buwis o ang kabuuang babayaran ay P2,160.

     Kung mamarapatin naman na ang bayaring buwis ay bayaran sa paraang hulugan o tuwing ikatlong buwan, nagpapayo si City Administrator Amben Amante  na mangyari lamang makipag-ugnayan sa Land Tax Division ng City Treasurer’s Ofice na nasa Window 5 ng One Stop Processing Center upang magawa ang paghahati ng bayarin sa apat, kung saan ang unang hulog (first instalment) ay babayaran sa o bago sumapit ang Marso 30; ang ikalawang hulog (second instalment)  ay babayaran sa o bago sumapit ang Hunyo 30, ang ikatlong hulog (third instalment) ay babayaran sa o bago sumapit ang Setyembre 30; at ang pang-apat na hulog (fourth instalment) ay babayaran sa o bago sumapit ang Disyembre 31, 2012. DOÑA LEONILA (MINI-FOREST) PARK

What is now known as Doña Leonila (Mini-Forest) Park overlooking the Sampaloc Lake is actually a portion of the site for the City Hall Complex purchased in 1937 by the Municipal Government of San Pablo headed by President Inocencio Barleta, which was partly developed after the termination of World War II under the administration of appointed City Mayor, Dr. Fernando A.
