PROSESO NG PAGSASAAYOS


Sa mga nakapapansin sa mga hukay na isinasagawa ng San Pablo City Water District na di-umano ay natatagalan bago ito muling maayos na matabunan at masementuhan, ipinaaalaala ni General Manager Roger Borja na ito ay bahagi ng proseso sa pagsasaayos ng mga pumuputok na linya. Matapos na ang isang pumutok o tumutulong tubo ay maayos ay kinakailangang ito ay obserbahan sa loob ng isang tiyak na panahon o bilang ng araw upang matiyak na maayos ang pagkakaugnay ng mga tubo at may katiyakang mawawala na ang tulo, sapagka’t ang katatagan ng mga tubo ng tubig ay apektado ng bigat ng mga sasakyang nagdaraan sa lansangan, at maging ng mga hindi napapansing paggalaw ng lupa o geological vibration kaya ang pangasiwaan sa patubig ay may sinusunod na proseso ng pagsasaayos ng mga nasisirang linya nito. DOÑA LEONILA (MINI-FOREST) PARK

What is now known as Doña Leonila (Mini-Forest) Park overlooking the Sampaloc Lake is actually a portion of the site for the City Hall Complex purchased in 1937 by the Municipal Government of San Pablo headed by President Inocencio Barleta, which was partly developed after the termination of World War II under the administration of appointed City Mayor, Dr. Fernando A. Bautista. During the incumbency of elected Mayor Lauro D. Dizon Sr., with the help of the Rotary Club of San Pablo, and under the supervision of Dr. Juan B. Hernandez, then club secretary of the local Rotary Club and Chairman of the City Beautification Committee, constructed some park structures at the park, with the fountain featuring the country lass with agriculture harvest as centerpiece.
