Dr. Enrico T. Velasco, President and Chief Executive Officer of First Education and Training Ventures, Inc. (FETVI), was recently honored by De La Salle Professional Schools as Most Outstanding Graduate School of Business Alumnus in recognition of his excellence in the field of management and dedication, enthusiasm, vision and innovation towards the achievement of corporate best practices.
The award was personally handed by Brother Bernard S. Oca, President of De La Salle Professional Schools, and Dean Philip Juico of the Graduate School of Business during the GSB Night held last February 23, 2008 at Ayala Museum in Greenbelt 4, Makati City.
A native son of San Pablo City, is now consider as one of the most sought adviser of some provincial government in the country on the development of two-way/interactive at multi-media format using broadband satellite communication, and the institution he manage is foremost in information technology and computer hardware fundamentals, fundamentals of operating system at web development, and in most of his business endeavors, De La Salle University, his Alma Mater, serve as education content provider.
Dr. Velasco also serve as consultant to the Technology and Livelihood Resources Center, and the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) on Livelihood and Skills Development, since First Education and Training Ventures, Inc. (FETVI), in addition to education and training component, is also known in the development of programs and designs to provide low cost overseas or long distance calls, internet café, and International Satellite Provider (ISP) Services to call center projects.
