ALAMINOS, Laguna - Sa mga nagbabalak na magpatala ng business name, na kinakailangan para sa pagtubos ng business permit and license o lisensya sa pagbubukas ng negosyo, kung alanganing magsadya sa Department of Trade and Industry- Provincial Office na nasa kahabaan ng National Road sa Barangay Banca-banca sa Victoria, ay maaaring maglahad ng kanilang application form sa tanggapan ng San Pablo City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc (SPCCCII). na nasa 2nd Floor ng Old City Hall Building sa San Pablo City, na may telepono bilang (049) 561-2880.

Ang SPC Chamber of Commerce and Industry ay deputized ng DTI para tumanggap ng mga kahilingan para sa pagpapatala ng business name, at marami sa mga potential investor sa lalawigan ang dito nagsasadya para sa pagpaparehistro ng kanilang proposed business names.
Ang dapat dalahin ay dalawang (2) kopya ng litratong may sukat na 2” x 2”, at maghanda na ng tatlong binabalak na maging katawagan sa itatayong negosyo o proposed business name, payo ni Local Treasury Operations Officer Juanita B. Rivera ng Tanggapan ng Tesorero rito. Ang kabuuang bayarin ay P450.00. (RET)

Miss Philippines-USA 2004-2005, Barbara Jean Chumacera Apostol, 27, passed the New York State’s examination for admission to the BAR given on July 24-25, 2007 . She attained her law degree at Hofstra University School of Law in the State of New York where she graduated with honors last May 20, 2007 . At Hofstra Law School , Barbara was the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and was appointed to the position of Diversity Affairs Coordinator by the president of the Student Bar Association.
