Ang Area II ay binubuo ng mga rehiyon sa Katimugang Luzon at Visayas sa ilalim ng pamamatnubay ni First Vice President Gregorio Rolluda, kaya masasabing si Bb. Carag ay nangibabaw sa lima pang kandidata. Napagwagian din niya ang karangalang Best in Sportswear, at Best in Talent, at isa sa dalawang kinilalang Miss Congeniality.
