Kaya’t inaprubahan ang NSCB Resolution No. 16, Series of 2009 na nagsasaad ng Terms of Reference and Composition of Regional/Provincial/City/Municipal Census Coordinating Board.

Si Provincial Statistics 0fficer Magdalena T. Serqueña ng NSO-Laguna Provincial Office ang gaganap na  Executive Officer.

Ang City/Municipal Census Coordinating Board (C/MCCB) naman ay kinabibilangan ng City/Municipal Mayor bilang chairperson, DepEd District Supervisor bilang vice-chairperson, Police Station Commander , City/Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator, City/Municipal Civil Registrar, City/Municipal Population Officer, City Assessor, Municipal Agriculturist, mga kinatawan ng pribadong sektor, at District Statistics Officer na gaganap  bilang Executive Officer.

Bautista. During the incumbency of elected Mayor Lauro D. Dizon Sr., with the help of the Rotary Club of San Pablo, and under the supervision of Dr. Juan B. Hernandez, then club secretary of the local Rotary Club and Chairman of the City Beautification Committee, constructed some park structures at the park, with the fountain featuring the country lass with agriculture harvest as centerpiece.
