BUSINESS PERMIT, HILINGIN KAAGAD

ALAMINOS, Laguna – Nagpapaalaala si Revenue Collection Officer Juanita B. Rivera sa lahat ng may negosyo na nakabase sa bayang ito, na mangyaring maagang magharap ng kahilingan para sa renewal ng kanilang business permit and license, upang kung may mga karagdagang pangangailangang ilakip sa kanilang application form, ay may sapat na oras para ito ay matugunan bago sumapit ang Enero 20, 2011 na siyang huling araw para sa paghiling nito.

Sa renewal of business permit, ang kinakailangang ilakip ay ang lumang lisensya o ang business permit para sa Taong 2010, Barangay clearance mula sa punong barangay ng barangay kung saan nakatayo ang negosyo o ang punong tanggapan kung ito ay korporasyon, cedula para sa Taong 2011, Social Security Clearance, at updated registration of business name, sapagka’t ito ay may bisa lamang sa loob ng limang (5) taon.

Ipinaaalaala na may negosyong kinakailangan ang license mula sa National Food Authority; mayroon kinakailangan ang kapahintulutan mula sa Bureau of Food and Drugs, at may nangangailangang may pirma ng isang propesyonal.

Iyong paso o expire na ang registration of business name, at kinakailangang muling magpatala, sila ay maaaring magsadya sa tanggapan ng San Pablo City Chamber of Commerce and Industry na nasa likuran ng Girl Scout Building sa Doña Leonila Park sa San Pablo City, upang doon magfile ng application for registration of business name, sa halip na sa DTI Provincial Office na nasa Barangay Banca-banca sa Victoria. Passed the BAR Examination in the State of New York, U. S. A.

Miss Philippines-USA 2004-2005, Barbara Jean Chumacera Apostol, 27, passed the New York State’s examination for admission to the BAR given on July 24-25, 2007 . She attained her law degree at Hofstra University School of Law in the State of New York where she graduated with honors last May 20, 2007 . At Hofstra Law School , Barbara was the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and was appointed to the position of Diversity Affairs Coordinator by the president of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Apostol was a 2002 cum luade graduate of Boston College, one of the oldest Jesuit University in the United States with campus in Chestbut Hill, Massachusetts, where she majored in pre-law and communication studies.
