Pormal na nanumpa sa katungkulan sa harapan ni City Mayor Vicente B. Amante ang 59 na natalagang kagawad ng Sangguniang Kabataan sa Lunsod ng San Pablo noong Martes ng umaga, Marso 8, 2011, upang manungkulan sa mga bakanteng posisyon dahil sa walang nagkandidato para sa kanilang tungkulin noong nakaraang October 25, 2010 Synchronized Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataang Elections. Ang mga isinagawang special election ay pinangasiwaan ni DILG City Director Marciana S. Brosas, at na may tulong ng Tanggapan ni SK Federation President Gueren Jon M. Amante bilang pag-alinsunod sa isang memorandum circular na pinalabas ni Local Government Secretary Jesse Robredo, na naaayon sa tadhana ng Local Government Code of 1991 o Batas Republika Bilang 7160. DOÑA LEONILA (MINI-FOREST) PARK

What is now known as Doña Leonila (Mini-Forest) Park overlooking the Sampaloc Lake is actually a portion of the site for the City Hall Complex purchased in 1937 by the Municipal Government of San Pablo headed by President Inocencio Barleta, which was partly developed after the termination of World War II under the administration of appointed City Mayor, Dr. Fernando A. Bautista. During the incumbency of elected Mayor Lauro D. Dizon Sr., with the help of the Rotary Club of San Pablo, and under the supervision of Dr. Juan B. Miss Philippines-USA 2004-2005, Barbara Jean Chumacera Apostol, 27, passed the New York State’s examination for admission to the BAR given on July 24-25, 2007 . She attained her law degree at Hofstra University School of Law in the State of New York where she graduated with honors last May 20, 2007 . At Hofstra Law School , Barbara was the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and was appointed to the position of Diversity Affairs Coordinator by the president of the Student Bar Association.
