PANTAWID PASADA PARA SA SAN PABLO, IPINAGKALOOB NA


     SAN PABLO CITY – Ang may kabuuang halagang P843,900.00 na inilalaan para itulong sa 5,626 na may prangkisa ng tricycle sa lunsod na ito na tinanggap ni Mayor Vicente B. Amante mula kina DILG-Region IV-A Regional Director Josefina E. Castillo-Go, at Laguna DILG Provincial Director Lionel L. Dalope  sa isang pagtitipong ginanap sa Calamba City ay naipamahagi na sa pamamagitan ng mga bonded cash clerk ng Office of the City Treasurer na ang pagkakaloob ay ginanap sa loob ng One Stop Processing Center na sinubaybayan ng mga kinatawan ng Commission on Audit, Department of the Interior and Local Government, at Tanggapan ng Punonglunsod.    

     Sang-ayon kay DILG City Director Marciana S. Brosas, ang nabanggit na halaga ay mula sa  Pantawid Pasada o Public Transport Assistance Program (PTAP) ng pamahalaang pambansa na inilaan sa bisa ng Executive Order No. 32 ni Pangulong Benigno S. Aquino III

    Napag-alamang bago ipinagkaloob ang nabanggit na pondo, si Alkalde Vicente B. Amante ay nauna ng nakapagpadala ng pinatutunayan o sertipikadong talaan ng lahat ng pinagkalooban ng prangkesa para makapagpakilos ng tricycle sa Lunsod ng San Pablo, na umabot sa kabuuang 5,626 tricycle unit, at pagkatapos nito, ang punonglunsod ay nakipaglagdaan kay Director Josefina E. Castillo-Go sa isang Memorandum of Agreement para pangasiwaan ng pangasiwaang lokal ang pamamahagi ng tulong na may pakikipagtulungan ng kinatawan ng DILG, at ng Commission on Audit. (Ruben E. Miss Philippines-USA 2004-2005, Barbara Jean Chumacera Apostol, 27, passed the New York State’s examination for admission to the BAR given on July 24-25, 2007 . She attained her law degree at Hofstra University School of Law in the State of New York where she graduated with honors last May 20, 2007 . At Hofstra Law School , Barbara was the Vice President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and was appointed to the position of Diversity Affairs Coordinator by the president of the Student Bar Association. Ms. Apostol was a 2002 cum luade graduate of Boston College, one of the oldest Jesuit University in the United States with campus in Chestbut Hill, Massachusetts, where she majored in pre-law and communication studies.
